Tubman-Chavez Multicultural Center:
Integrative Health Nights offered in Southeast San Diego provides
acupuncture, massage, yoga, nutrition, and western medical assessments
to under-served communities in San Diego County. The first and third
Thursday of each month from 3 - 7 PM at the Tubman-Chavez Multicultural
Center at 415 Euclid Avenue. All services are provided by volunteers

City Heights Wellness Center:
Improving the long-term health of children and families is the goal of
the newly opened City Heights Wellness Center, a partnership between
Rady Children’s and Scripps Health. The 4,500 square-foot wellness
center serves to enhance existing community services, including health
promotion and disease prevention. Free acupuncture and massage services provided by volunteer practitioners are offered to the public as well, twice monthly. For more information, please call the Wellness Center at 619-321-2920.
